What do you mean by "vCIO" or "Strategic Partner"?
A vCIO (virtual Chief Information Officer) moves you beyond the “break-fix” cycle. A typical IT provider just fixes what’s broken. Our vCIOs meet with you regularly to build a technology roadmap, plan your IT budget, and ensure every dollar you spend on tech is aligned with your 3-year business plan. What is the onboarding process like? Will it disrupt my business?

How does your pricing work? Is it a fixed price?
We believe in predictable costs. We don’t use a “one-size-fits-all” model. After a free assessment, we build a fixed monthly fee (usually per-user) that covers all your proactive maintenance, 24/7 monitoring, security, and unlimited support. This gives you a predictable IT budget with no surprises. Major projects (e.g., a new server or cloud migration) are quoted separately with full transparency
Am I going to be locked into a 3-year contract?
No. We don’t believe in holding clients hostage. We build partnerships based on value and trust, not long-term lock-ins. We typically use flexible 12-month service agreements. We have to earn your business every single month, and we’re confident that we will.
How do you handle cybersecurity? Isn't that just antivirus?
